• Account information for staff and customer portal users: name, email address, phone number and assigned role.
• Customer and project information: service address, property details, measurements, photos, appointment history, proposals, contracts, signatures, and project status notes.
• Financial information: contract amounts, invoices and payment records (amount, date, method, check or transaction reference). We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials in the Application.
• Communications: emails and SMS messages sent or received about a project.
• Usage information: sign-in events, portal visit timestamps, and basic technical logs used to operate and secure the Application.

• To prepare estimates, proposals, contracts and work orders;
• To schedule appointments and manage production and scheduling;
• To communicate with customers about their project;
• To record payments and keep accounting records;
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Application;
• To meet legal, tax, permitting and contractual obligations.

We share information only as needed with providers that support the Application. These currently include: our cloud application and database hosting provider; Intuit QuickBooks Online (customers, invoices and payments for accounting); Google Maps Platform (address lookup and geocoding); our email and SMS delivery providers; and aerial measurement providers. We also share information with subcontractors performing work on a project, and with government agencies where required for permitting.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

With your consent, ReNova Roof & Home sends service-related text messages to the mobile number you provide. These include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival and ETA updates, estimate and proposal links, contract and e-signature links, and permit and production status updates. Message frequency varies by project stage. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers and consent records are used only to deliver the messages described above, and are disclosed only to the SMS delivery provider that transmits those messages on our behalf.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, which immediately ends further messages to that number. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (305) 561-9514. We retain records of consent and opt-out requests as required by law.

If we connect the Application to QuickBooks Online, we use the connection to create and update customers, invoices and payment records for accounting purposes only. Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only for that purpose. You may disconnect the integration at any time from the Application's settings, which revokes our access.

Access is role-based and enforced at the database level, so users see only the records their role permits. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with our hosting provider's encryption at rest. Administrative accounts support multi-factor authentication. No system can be guaranteed completely secure; we work to protect information using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

We keep project, contract and payment records for as long as needed to service the project, honor warranty obligations, and satisfy tax, accounting and legal requirements. Records no longer required are deleted or archived.

The Application uses cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers in the Application.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. Contact us at the details below and we will respond within the time required by law.

The Application is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 13.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date on this page.
