2. Free inspections and estimates
We offer complimentary roof inspections and estimates at no upfront obligation. All estimates are based on the information provided and our on-site inspection. Final project scope and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties before work begins.
3. No guarantee of work until contracted
Submitting a lead form, requesting a quote, or receiving an estimate does not create a binding contract. A project is only scheduled after a signed agreement and any required deposit are received.
4. User information
When you submit information through our website or a Meta lead form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You consent to our use of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Payments and cancellations
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal or contract. Deposits, progress payments, and final balances are due as specified. Cancellations and refund terms are governed by the signed contract and applicable Florida law.

We stand behind our workmanship with the warranties described in your signed contract. Warranties are limited to the terms and conditions specified therein. We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, unauthorized repairs, or failure to maintain the roof after installation.
