Images and the home explorer

Unless a photo is labeled as a ReNova project, the images on this website, including the before-and-after examples and the interactive home explorer, are illustrative renderings, some created with AI tools. They show the kinds of work we do and are not photographs of completed ReNova projects. Colors, finishes and proportions are approximate.

Estimates and contracts

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. Prices, scope, schedule and warranties are set only in a written proposal or contract signed by you and ReNova, and that document controls if it differs from anything on this website.

Financing

Financing is provided by third-party lenders and programs, such as Ygrene and Synchrony, and not by ReNova. All financing is subject to the lender's own approval, terms, rates and eligibility rules; some options require credit approval and some do not. PACE financing is repaid through your property tax bill and is subject to the program's eligibility rules. Promotional terms such as 0% APR or deferred payments depend on the lender and may not be available to everyone.

My Safe Florida Home

Grant eligibility and amounts under the My Safe Florida Home program are decided by the State of Florida program, not by ReNova. We can help with qualifying work and paperwork, but we cannot guarantee approval of any grant.

You agree to give accurate information when you contact us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use it, including how we may contact you by phone, text or email.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logos and images on this website belong to ReNova or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.
